WE DESIRE PARTNERSHIP AND RELATIONSHIP Whirlwind Ministries International, Roy and Lorelei Harris want to partner with local churches and ministries. We are committed to relationship and networking. Our heart is to strengthen and support other ministries. We believe in Kingdom Building. It will take all of us working together to reach the vast multitudes. Our desire is to not only bless your ministry but to increase the visibility of your ministry and outreach. Let's co-laborer to build the Kingdom of God. CONSIDERATIONS: We do NOT charge any fee or request any honorarium to minister with you. We come to serve and trust the Lord to meet the needs. Our ministry will receive one free-will offering per day. We will also give an invitation for prayer and financial partnership. The host church is responsible for transportation for Roy and Lorelei Harris to and from the event. (occasional transportation for administrative assistant, which would be communicated to you in advance ) We organize and book our travel usually about a month or two before the engagement and is payable at the time of booking via pay-pal or as arranged. The host church is responsible for pick-ups and drop-offs and for transportation back and forth to the sessions. The local church cares for accommodations and meals. Roy and Lorelei prefer to either stay in the minister's home or in a comfortable motel. If any of Our team is with us at an event they are happy to be hosted with church families (comfortable and quiet environment) and to eat home cooked meals. Motel rooms and restaurant meals are not necessary. The host church is responsible for setting up the facility, sound, janitorial needs. Whirlwind Ministries International firmly believes in equipping the Body of Christ and would like to have the opportunity to set up product tables as needed in a visible location. Whirlwind Ministries International like to reserve the right to cancel a speaking engagement, with plenty of advance notice, should the Lord direct them to do so. Please understand this would only be in extremely rare circumstances. PUBLICITY CONSIDERATIONS: The host church is responsible for advertising in the local church, region, and through their email list, as well as producing and distributing handouts, posters etc. We suggest the sponsoring church have a website with all the pertinent information, contact phone numbers, map of church or directions, accommodation information. Local television and radio is also a good resource for announcing the event. Our website www.whirlwindmin.org should be referred to and a calendar of events will list your ministry engagement. Email an announcement to as many as possible. You may borrow the description and/or the graphics from our website to help build your site, if you wish. If possible, we would like a volunteer to help with the table. SOUND & WORSHIP CONSIDERATIONS: If your ministry has a worship team Roy Harris would like to join your team accompanying them on the saxophone. After the praise and worship, Roy and Lorelei will step into their ministry. They will need a quality keyboard, and 3 microphones one of which should be a wireless hand-held microphone. Two microphone stands are needed, one boom stand and one regular stand. Also a CD player will be needed. A sound person needs to be present to regulate the sound and operate the system. Occasionally we will bring with us a team to produce DVDs and CDs The production team will contact you with their needs. SPIRITUAL CONSIDERATIONS: A prayer coordinator needs to be assigned by the hosting church to cover the ministry engagement and ministry team in prayer. Whirlwind Ministries also has a team of intercessors praying for your ministry and the event scheduled. Whirlwind Ministries International is a 501(c) 3 organization and is covered by Full Gospel Fellowship of Ministers and Churches, but we do requests that the local ministry leader of the hosting church or ministry opens the sessions with a welcome, prayer, and a release of Whirlwind Ministries International.
